The return to work after the holidays can feel abrupt. One day, you’re spending time with loved ones, travelling, or simply resting. Then, the clock strikes 12:01 am, and you are expected to be entirely focused, productive, and “back to normal.”

Stretch your shoulders, stand up, or take a brief walk. Nothing intense, just enough to reset your body.
Recharge, Your Way
Explore if you need to get back to a sleep routine, incorporate fitness or read a book. Do activities that recharge you.
Release, Instead of Resolutions
Consider one thing you’re ready to (a lingering worry, or a task that can wait).
Identify the one thing you’ll on for the next 31days?
This quick pause helps shift you from reactive mode into intentional action without adding more to your to-do list.
Moving Forward
Resetting energy at work isn’t about doing more. It’s about creating space. Space to breathe, to prioritize, and to move forward with clarity rather than exhaustion.
