My heart is in Coaching. I believe deeply in its power and I believe our world needs more of what a coaching approach brings: curiosity, encouragement, compassion, and support. When these qualities are present in our homes, communities, and workplaces, meaningful change becomes possible. 

But here’s the truth: to spread the power of Coaching, we need Coaches who are thriving not just in their craft, but in their businesses. 

This framework is the result of eight years doing this work as a Professional Coach, more than 25 years of business experience inside large organizations, and the patterns I’ve consistently observed in how Coaches approach the business side of their work. 

What follows are six essential mindset shifts, fundamentals to help you grow both as a Coach and as a business owner. These are big-picture mindsets that invite you to think differently and build intentionally. Many strategies and tactics can support each one; my hope is that you find the approaches that fit you best. 

I share these mindsets with no judgment. The lens through which you view your business is uniquely yours. But if something in this framework resonates or challenges you -- pay attention.
