About
As a former educator turned coach, I’m passionate about guiding adults through life’s many transitions—those moments that invite growth, creativity, and deeper self-understanding. My own journey has included moving between continents, shifting careers, and navigating the evolving seasons of family and identity. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that while change is inevitable, transformation is a choice—and perspective makes all the difference. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking, kayaking, or exploring life’s next adventure near Denver, Colorado, with my family and our aussie, Caspian.
